Can your dream home actually be realized on the property you’re considering? I’ll help you know for sure before you sign any papers. Don’t be taken in by a view, only to realize you’re $150,000 of blasting fees away from getting access to water and power. I have decades of experience knowing what to look for on a property before any money is exchanged—soil conditions, utility access, buildability. I'd rather tell you upfront if a property won't work than watch you invest in the wrong piece of land.

Property Development

You have a plot of land… now what? Before any foundations are poured, I'll advise you on your best utility options, including septic systems, wells, and electrical service, as well as where to place the structure for the best possible view and sun exposure. Need a long driveway? I'll make my best recommendations for your unique geography and access point. If off-grid living is your passion, we'll coordinate all the correlating implications: solar, water, wind power, internet access, and more—I'll tell you what works, what doesn't, and what you need to budget for.

Design

Your property is here and ready for your home. Enter the exciting design phase, where your home goes from inspiration to actual architectural plans. Do you bake? Do you need a large garage space? Do you want an in-home wellness studio? I go through the entire design process alongside you, pointing out potential issues along the way and helping craft a vision that becomes your family's future home. A good design isn't just about what looks good on paper—it's about what works for how you'll actually live.

Customize

Customization isn't just about a building; it's about your lifestyle and your future. I'll invest in getting to know you and your unique lifestyle to tailor-make your home. Customization isn't just about making things beautiful; it's about knowing you, your current needs, and what your future holds. A custom home reflects directly on its owner: its entertaining space, its guest suites, its outdoor living, how you cook, how you gather, how you use your space. Build

It's time to see your plans come to life. Throughout the building process, I'll include you in site walks and contractor meetings, working side by side to keep you involved in your build. I'm on site every day, and you're welcome to be too. Our team is a carefully selected group of experienced and trustworthy builders that you'll enjoy getting to know throughout the build. You're not handed off to a project manager—you've got me.

Final Selections

The finishing touches complete the project: lighting, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures. Your home's appearance reflects you, not your builder. I work to make that selection process seamless and to provide you with my best insights on where to splurge, where to save, and how to achieve the finished product you want. Whether your priority is function, beauty, or easy maintenance, I'll make sure you're confident in every decision before we hand over the keys.
